The Bavarian Cable Sweater was originally intended to be a vest but was turned into a sweater on my mother's request. Made from handspun yarn, my first attempt at an original sweater pattern. The sweater is knitted on size 4 needles. The cables are Bavarian hence the name. Bavarian cables are twisted stitch and can be knitted without a cable needle.
